In stock: dry, at a minimum temperature of 15 degrees Celsius. If stored over a longer period of time, release some air. Do not store near a heat source.

  Clean: wipe off with a moist cloth. Never rub in with leather fat.

  Valve oil: regularly put a few drops in the valve. This protects the valve and increases the lifetime.

  Inflate: moisture the nipple (or put some valve oil in the valve).
Always use universal pump nipples for hollow needle valves. Inject the nipple straight into the valve.
 
  In case of a problem we will replace the ball (assuming that you have given it the appropriate care of course).
DERBYSTAR balls have a very low reclamation rate, the Brillant APS and Brillant TT even virtually zero.
